Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and fees vary depending on the project size and delivery destination.
How is my order delivered?
We ensure our products are safely packed for shipping. However, minor paint damage can sometimes occur during transit. We recommend inspecting the product upon delivery and reporting any concerns within 48 hours.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your product sustains damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours. Our team will handle the damage claim process, and we will arrange for repairs or replacements if necessary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through SWIFT bank transfer. All payments must be made in EUR.
What are your payment terms?
A 30–50% deposit is required before fabrication starts. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
How long will my project take?
Project timelines vary depending on complexity. For custom orders, we typically require 2–6 weeks for completion, depending on the scope of the project.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes! We can assist with the design process, ensuring that your vision is brought to life with precision and quality.
Do you install the products?
Yes, for local projects. For deliveries outside our area, we can assist with mounting instructions or collaborate with your local contractors. In case of a complex project we can send a specialist as an advisor.
