Delivery Policy

Vista Fusion | Precision Metal Fabrication

At Vista Fusion, we take great care to ensure that your custom-made products arrive safely and on time. While our fabricated items are built to last, we understand that coatings and finishes can be susceptible during transportation — especially powder coating. That’s why we’ve outlined our delivery terms clearly, so you know what to expect and how to act in case of issues.

1. Where We Deliver

  • We offer domestic and international delivery based on the project size and agreement at the time of order.
  • Deliveries outside of Kosovo, including non-EU countries, may be subject to additional customs or shipping charges.
  • For business addresses, goods will be delivered as per customer instructions. Packaging and pallets will not be collected.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery costs are quoted separately based on volume, weight, and destination.
  • Transport is handled through trusted third-party carriers. We are responsible for transport damage only if damage is properly documented upon delivery.
  • All shipping fees must be agreed upon before production begins.

3. Delivery Conditions

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and to be present to receive the shipment.
  • Offloading is not included in the delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information or no one being available at the site, the goods will be returned to the depot and redelivery costs will apply.
  • For palletized deliveries, the customer must unload and dispose of pallets and packaging.

4. Delivery Times

  • Each project is unique, and delivery times are provided at the point of order based on production schedule and complexity.
  • Standard lead time is typically 2–6 weeks, depending on scope and materials.
  • Delivery is made during working days and does not include weekends or holidays unless otherwise arranged.
  • We reserve the right to part-ship your order if necessary for timing or logistical reasons.

5. Damaged or Lost Goods

  • Upon delivery, it is critical to inspect the goods immediately.
  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery documents before signing. Do not sign as “clean” if there is visible damage.
  • Please notify Vista Fusion within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods by email or phone. Include clear photos of the damage to support the claim.
  • Claims made after this period or without documentation may not be accepted.
  • Vista Fusion cannot be held responsible for damages once goods are moved to another location or jobsite beyond the original delivery address.

Payment Terms

Vista Fusion | Clear & Transparent Transactions

At Vista Fusion, we keep our payment process simple and professional to ensure smooth collaboration with our clients — whether local or international.

1. Accepted Payment Method

  • We currently accept SWIFT bank transfers only.
  • All payments must be made in EUR unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment instructions, including our banking details, will be provided on your invoice.

Note: We do not accept cash, card payments, PayPal, or cryptocurrency at this time.

2. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms depend on the nature and scope of the order:

  • For new clients or small-scale orders:
    100% upfront payment is required before production begins.
  • For returning clients or larger-scale projects:
    We may agree to a 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due before delivery or dispatch.

All payment milestones will be clearly communicated and stated on the proforma invoice or quotation.

3. Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Production will commence only after the agreed payment (advance or full) is received.
  • Delays in payment will affect production timelines and delivery scheduling.

4. Late Payments

  • Late payments may result in delivery delays or project hold.
  • In case of significantly delayed balances, Vista Fusion reserves the right to pause the project and/or charge additional storage fees if completed products are waiting for settlement.

5. Currency & International Orders

  • All international payments must be made via SWIFT transfer in EUR.
  • Clients are responsible for any bank or transfer fees on their end. The full invoiced amount must be received net of charges.
